• Please Note: Do you have limited mobility e.g. injury, arthritis or recent surgery? There are two high ladder style steps into the helicopter. This information could affect what helicopter we fly you in. Please let us know as you proceed through checkout.

  Flights require a minimum of 4 pax to depart. Solo travels & smaller bookings are welcomed and we will aim to pair you up with another booking.

  Our helicopters hold a maximum of 6 passengers (including infants) if your group is bigger than this please note you will be separated into different machines.

  Flights, routes and departure times are all subject to change due to weather conditions.

  In the summer season there may not be fresh snow on the landing site. We will always do our best to get you snow photos, but conditions are different each summer.

  We ask that no one with cold or flu symptoms fly with us for safety reasons.

  
  

• Bad weather refunds:If your experience is cancelled by the operator (due to weather) you will be entitled to a full refund. Your booking is only valid for the time & route you have booked. If the flight time or route you booked is unable to go ahead your booking will not be able to be rescheduled or transferred to an alternative route or flight time.

  Cancellation policy:All bookings are non-transferable and cancellations must be made 24hours in advance or 100% cancellation fee will apply.
