A 18h nous étions tout seuls, très bien accueilli personnel très agréable et disponible. Bonne ambiance. Un moment vraiment très sympa pour clôturer nos vacances en NZ, avec une carte remise par l'établissement suite à une consommation de boisson. Carte d'un montant de 20 dollars pour les jeux après le bowling. Les enfants se croyaient à Las Vegas c'était une première pour eux ils ont adoré, ils avaient l'impression d'un YES DAY !

So much fun to be had here, modern & clean in a great location. Only negative were the 2 ladies at the front desk, no acknowledgment or customer service at all. Other team were awesome & huge arcade game selection.

Awful

This place is awful. Way overcrowded and over capacity, disorganised and just not enjoyable. Don’t go to Kingpin. If you want to go bowling we also tried out Strike and it was so much better there

Kingpin, were wonderful hosts! Really accommodating. We were treated like kings and Queens. Appreciate they gifted us the two lanes for bowling by the bar, perfect spot for our group size. The bartender was well mannered, professional and genuine. We had such a great time! Thanks Kingpin!
