Jacinda's Traffic light bullshit
Even though you have emailed me to rate my experience, unfortunately this experience never happened due to the most moronic laws in this lovely country. Once I get to actually experience Adventure Jet I will let you know and I really hope my tickets will still be valid.

It was canceled just 1 hour before booking time because not enough people booked in. Is it business problems - bad adv, pricing, too many cessions...? Add that it was during the school holiday . Some of us took a train to come. It was a part of the birthday program. Disappointed.

Money for nothing
Very unhappy with Auckland adventure jet as we travelled 2 hrs up to Auckland for this experience only to be told by text on the way that there was not enough people on our time slot for the jet boat to proceed. We were given the option of a later time slot which we accepted and changed our plans to cater for the boat as we were already in south Auckland. Less than an hour out of our new ride time we were notified again by text that it was now too windy and the boat would not be riding at all today. Tried to phone them to see what happens now with my booking costs but you can only text to the number provided. Have had no response from Auckland adventure jet about a refund at all. Not happy at all.

Es hat uns Ultra viel Spaß gemacht und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder machen. Aber nächstes mal lieber einen Bikini/Badehose anziehen, und Handtücher und Klamotten mitnehmen, da man komplett nass wird ?
